AD Singh has a sure hand when it comes to gauging the dining mood of Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi's public. The first Olive Beach opened in Bangalore in November 2005 and was rated last year as one of the 10 Best Restaurants in India, across all categories and cuisines. Now, with celebrity chef Giuliano [he has cooked for the likes of Prince Andrew, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Sarah Fergusson, and Naomi Campbell], AD has opened Olive Beach in Chanakya Puri, Delhi to rave reviews from critics. 

Olive Beach contains all of the essential elements of a modern high-end restaurant. The space the restaurant occupies has been architecturally engineered into an attractive and functional dining space with its signature pebbled white courtyard, candlelit alcoves, rattan chairs, and azure water. Rough whitewashed walls exude a rustic charm. Wall niches anointed with artifacts, flower arrangements, and interiors warmed by wax candles, all add up to the charming feel of Olive Beach.
